Ball boy takes a Venus Williams serve right in the groin

Venus Williams has one of the fastest serves ever recorded, so when her ball hits, well, your balls, you know about it.

And so does the rest of the world, because at the US open, Williams served right into a ball boy’s groin and the whole thing was replayed in slow motion.

Considering the fact that Williams serves at up to 129 miles an hour, this ball boy is nothing short of a hero.

Williams, meanwhile, had a pretty smooth and painless evening, cruising into the last 16 with a win of 6-3 6-4 against Greece’s Maria Sakkari.
