The One Show will be broadcast live from Buckingham Palace this Thursday, with Prince Harry making a special appearance alongside presenters Matt Baker and Alex Jones.

Prince Harry will be chatting on BBC1 in a special show to celebrate remarkable young people from across the Commonwealth.

Also joining the show is Olympic gold medallist Sir Mo Farah, One Direction singer Liam Payne and former prime minister Sir John Major.
