I'll get it straight out of the way, Simon Cowell wasn't entirely blown away by The Kingdom Tenors' performance, which, as the man who knows most about music, might not stand them in good stead for the next round.

But the 12-piece's performance of You Raise Me Up had that comforting feeling of a warm bath. They did that whole stepping-forward-at-the-rousing-part-of-the-song thing. So you never know, they might make it through next week's semi-finalists draw.
