This time last year, little did Frances Quinn know of the perils of the Bake Off tent and Paul Hollywood's blue-eyed glare. But, twelve months on, The Great British Bake Off is flying high, nominated for the Radio Times Audience Award. "This nation's gone bonkers for cakes," Quinn told us at last night's Bafta Nominations party. "Fingers crossed that cake can take home the mustard."
