I'm A Celebrity contestants Helen Flanagan and Ashley Roberts were on hand last week to pick up the reality TV show's award at the NTAs.

As they celebrated their third award-winning year, RadioTimes.com caught up with the stars back stage.

Former Pussycat Doll Ashley, who came second place behind EastEnders' Charlie Brooks, warned next year's contestants to "Buckle up because it's a crazy ride."

"It's beyond even your expectations," she went on,"I was a little ignorant walking into it... but it's amazing at the same time. It really does change your life."
