This American actress just perfectly shot down sexist casting calls

“Pretty”, “thin”, “petite”, “young”, “sexy” – these are all words that appear in casting calls for women actors from Backstage, the largest online casting platform in the United States.

And Rachel Bloom, known for her comedy-drama series Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, decided that enough was enough when she received this casting notice:

In response, she has imagined what it would be like if the casting calls for some of the male characters on her show were written in the same way.
