After a successful pilot for Channel 4 last year, Ricky Gervais's Derek is back for a full series at the end of the month.

This morning, Gervais – who plays naive care home worker Derek Noakes in the comedy – shared a "Twitter exclusive" teaser from the series.

The 20-second clip sees Derek asking his friend Dougie the caretaker (Karl Pilkington) "What would win out of Aids and rabies?" and "Can Aids get cancer?"
