Surrogate mum Tina McIntyre (Michelle Keegan) is to give birth two months prematurely with former flame Tommy Duckworth (Chris Fountain) by her side.

Tina will go into labour mere minutes after Izzy Armstrong (Cherylee Houston) realises that boyfriend Gary Windass (Mikey North) made a move on the woman who is carrying their child. As Tina collapse in agony, Izzy makes it clear that she holds Gary responsible for causing her stress. But as Tina is taken to hospital, the Windass and Armstrong clans reel as Tina demands that Tommy be her partner at the delivery.
