According to this Bad Lip Reading video, he’s actually a very perturbed alien singing about seagulls attacking him on the beach before a random hacky sack hits him in the neck.

This clip compiles some of the scenes from Yoda and Luke’s training sessions on Dagobah and transforms them into a music video for the surprisingly catchy song, Seagulls! (Stop It Now).
