Yes, you read that right – an actual lightsaber academy is coming to the US.

According to io9, Ludosport – a competitive lightsaber training academy – is opening a branch in San Francisco.

The school teaches seven forms of lightsaber combat, with levels ranging from Padawan to Knight. You can also choose whether you want to specialise in offence, defence, balance or full-on attack.

Ludosport, which started in Milan, already has several branches across Europe. The new studio was funded using indiegogo and the company plan to open even more next year.
